What was the highlight of Hotel Siena
good as expected
the size of the room is good, almost a standard studio type room which is very good, considering we are in Japan where space is a luxury.
What we don't like is there is no window view. it has a window but all you see is the exit stairs. We never figured out how to operate the AC, so most of the time we open the window slightly, to let fresh air in.

Just okay but a very old hotel in general
It was a good price for the season I was traveling and also the location.
The room smelled so bad to tabaco. I only for one small pillow. The mattress was old and not comfy. Everything in the room looked so old and some things even stained from a very long time.

What was the highlight of Hotel Siena
Spacious room and toilet,
Good location with convenient stores and entertainment spots just outside the hotel. 3mins walk to Shinjuku square and Shonjuku Sanchome station. Room and toilet is big and spacious.
Aircon will auto-off after reaching set temperatures and stay turned-off. This means you have to wake up and switch it on again few times at night.

Great location but don’t expect too much
Great location! Lovely toiletries!
In a non smoking room but smelt like cigarettes. Very outdated room (expected and not an issue) but plug socket placement wasn’t convenient (none near the bed etc). No flexibility at all with check in or check out time - they don’t allow check in a minute earlier or check out a minute later without a charge.
