What was the highlight of Hotel Siena
good as expected
the size of the room is good, almost a standard studio type room which is very good, considering we are in Japan where space is a luxury.
What we don't like is there is no window view. it has a window but all you see is the exit stairs. We never figured out how to operate the AC, so most of the time we open the window slightly, to let fresh air in.

What was the highlight of Hotel Siena
Worth the money you paid and convenience location
The location is very happening and convenience at the centre of Shinjuku. But please take note, it is at the “darker” side of shinjuku and I didn’t see many family with young kids around the hotel area. A lot of clubs surround and lots of drunk people at night. But thankfully they don’t disturb you. Suitable for young people who loves night life. Easy access to few options of train stations around 10-15mins walk if you’re bringing big luggages. Room size was a bit bigger than the other hotel we stayed, more space to move and to put your luggages.
The hotel and furnitures are a bit old tho it’s clean. We booked the smoking room as it was the only room available for our dates, but thankfully no obvious smoke smell during our stay. It can be quite noisy at night with drunk people shouting but we still get to sleep peacefully.

Comfortable rooms, very spacious and friendly customer service staff at reception
From counter staff were helpful and friendly. I felt welcome and that’s important when you’re traveling in your own .
Sketchy area. Lots of trouble makers outside make racket until all hours.
